Amazon Prime Day Is Over. These 33 Great Deals Remain

July 18, 2019 0 By NIKESHOE

Prime Day 2019 has come and gone, but some deals remain. After studying spreadsheets and combing the Internet until our screens blurred before our eyes, we found a considerable number of great deals this year. Hopefully you were able to grab the noise-canceling headphones or Instant Pot of your dreams at a much more reasonable price. If not, have no fear. Prime Day is officially over, but many of deals we found still exist.

Rival sales from Walmart and other stores will continue through July 17, and we've rounded up all the remaining deals from all our 2019 Prime Day coverage below. In some cases the discounts are not quite as steep, but a surprising number of the (roughly) 167 Prime deals we covered have just kept on going. We've pulled together our favorites and added a few more items you might want to consider.

Amazon Device Deals

Read our WIRED Best Echo & Alexa Speakers guide for recommendations on which Amazon Echos we think are worth your money. Amazon's tablets are so cheap it's almost suspicious. We do have some reservations, but overall they're a good deal, especially for kids. Be sure to check out our updated guide to deciphering which Amazon Fire tablet is best for you.

  • Echo Dot for $25 ($25 off): This hockey puck-shaped Echo handles spoken audio well and the new version sounds better with music, but it still lacks the quality you'll find in larger speakers. Still, if you want to add Alexa to more rooms in your house, the Dot is a cheap and easy way to do it. If you want a slight audio upgrade, try the standard Echo 2 ($50, $50 off).

  • 2-Pack of Fire 7 Kids Edition Tablets for $150 ($50 off): The 7-inch Kids Edition is a step down from the 8-inch version, but for littler kids with smaller hands, it may do just fine.

Headphone and Speaker Deals

  • Jabra Elite 65T Wire-free Earbuds for $145 ($25 off): These earbuds are some of the best on the market. If you have particularly small ears, you may want to check out the Samsung Galaxy Buds.

  • BackBeat Pro 2 Noise Canceling Headphones for $132 ($68 off): The BackBeat Pro aren't the absolute greatest noise cancelers on the market, but they have excellent battery life, silence some of that travel noise, and are wonderful to wear while you're walking around. The earcups twist in a way that lets them rest comfortably on your shoulders when you take them off.

  • Sony WH1000XM3—WIRED's Fave Noise Cancelling Headphones—for $298 ($50 off): The WH1000XM3 may have the dullest name in headphones, but these sound fantastic (8/10, WIRED Recommends). Sony's active noise canceling is best in class and listening to these is like attending a private concert—even if you're actually in a crowded airplane with a screaming baby in the next seat.

Home and Kitchen Deals

  • iRobot Roomba 690 Robot Vacuum for $275 ($100 off): iRobot's mid-tier robot vacuum hasn't been updated for a while, but its navigation software is still tops. At this price, it's a no-brainer if you want an autonomous vacuum.

  • Sonicare Smart Toothbrush for $280 ($50 off): We thought that a drinking glass was a pretty classy way to charge and store your electric toothbrush.

  • AmazonBasics Microwave + Echo Dot for $85 ($25 off): An Alexa-enabled microwave is surprisingly controversial around these parts; while our reviewer Joe Ray thought it could use some work, reviews editor Jeffrey Van Camp thought it had a lot of potential. Overall, it's mostly a budget microwave, so don't expect it will revolutionize your TV dinners.

  • Petcube Bites 2 for $199 ($50 off): This brand-new pet camera just arrived. Our reviewer Adrienne So hasn't had a chance to test it yet, but it has built-in Alexa, full room view, and night vision.

  • Coway Mighty Air Purifier for $168 ($62 off): We are including the larger version of this air purifier in an upcoming air purifier roundup. It's easy to use, attractive, and can clean smaller rooms of up to 360 feet.

  • Lodge Cast-Iron 5-Piece Bundle for $70 ($80 off): Not everything in Adrienne's kitchen is extremely techie; She uses Lodge skillets and griddles as her main cookware, especially in a pizza oven. Lodge's cast-iron cookware works just as well as Le Creuset and it costs much, much less.

  • Philips Smokeless Indoor BBQ Grill for $155 ($145 off): Just because you live in an apartment, or it's pouring rain, doesn't mean you can't grill up some burgers and veggies. This indoor grill will help you do just that.

Outdoors Deals

  • Garmin Forerunner 235 Watch for $228 ($101 off): Garmin's latest Forerunner line is out, which makes now a great time to pick up last year's Forerunner watches at half off.

  • Garmin Fenix 5 Watch for $409 ($192 off): The burly Fenix 5 is on our list of best fitness trackers.

Mobile and Wearables Deals

  • Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus Unlocked with 512 GB for $950 ($300 off): The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus is one of our highest-rated smartphones and this factory unlocked version works on any major carrier and is likely cheaper than you're likely to find it anywhere else. Unfortunately, models with less storage are sold out.

  • Samsung Galaxy S10E for $550 ($200 off): The Galaxy S10E is notably smaller than its siblings. It also doesn't have an in-display fingerprint sensor or as many rear cameras. Learn more about the differences in S10 models here.

  • Apple iPad—Wi-Fi, 128 GB—for $329 ($100 off): This is WIRED's favorite iPad and you get 128 GB of storage for the normal price of the 32 GB version (which is also on sale). If you download a lot of offline music, Amazon Videos, or Netflix movies, 32 GB can fill up, though it's probably good enough if you're a light iPadder.

  • Fossil Women's Sport Smartwatch for $246 ($29 off): Many Fossil smartwatches are on sale, but our pick is this attractive, solid, WearOS watch.

Home Entertainment Deals

  • TCL 6-Series 4K Roku TV for $529 ($271 off): Prime Day's the perfect time to pick up a TV at a discount. TCL makes some of the best affordable TVs. This model is one of TCL's best and has especially good picture quality.

  • Roku Ultra TV Streaming Device for $69 ($31 off): Even if you don't buy that Roku TV, you should probably still own a Roku. The Ultra is the best Roku around with extra features like a headphone jack, night listening mode, and the ability to take an ethernet connection. The Roku Streaming Stick Plus ($50, $10 off) is also on sale.

Laptop and Computing Deals

  • Lenovo Chromebook S330 for $169 ($121 off): The Lenovo Chromebook S330 brings Lenovo's signature work-first design language to a compact, inexpensive package.

  • Samsung Chromebook Plus V2 2-in-1 for $470 ($129 off): A bit more expensive than the other Chromebooks on this list, the Samsung Chromebook Plus pulls double-duty as a 2-in-1, converting into a decent tablet when you flip the screen around.

  • Samsung 32-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor for $330 ($70 off): It's not the biggest or most dramatic gaming monitor, but the subtle curve on this Samsung 32-inch makes your games just a bit more immersive.

Camera Deals

  • Canon EOS Rebel SL2 + 18-55mm Lens for $549 ($150 off): This DSLR is a good place to start for anyone looking to up their photography game without breaking the bank.

  • Canon EOS 6D Mk II Body Only for $1,300 ($500 off): The EOS 6D Mk II is an excellent choice for anyone shooting stills and video, and with it's among the cheapest DSLRs that feature a full-frame sensor.

  • Panasonic Lumix G7 Mirrorless Camera + 14-42mm Lens for $498 ($302 off): This little thing is a favorite among YouTubers and anyone else who wants to shoot pro-grade 4K video with a compact camera.

Gaming and Toy Deals

  • SteelSeries Arctis Pro + GameDAC for $196 ($54 off): Our favorite gaming headset, the Arctis Pro boasts rich, robust sound, and an included digital-analogue converter for ensuring your games and music sound as great as they possibly can. Read our review for more.

  • SteelSeries Arctis 7 (2019 Edition) for $120 ($30 off): These are the younger siblings of our favorite SteelSeries headphones, and while they don't have as many "pro" features, they still sound great and they're a bargain at this price. We only recommend them for PC. Oddly, on PS4 the mic tends to sound very quiet. Also available in white.

  • Logitech G602 Wireless Gaming Mouse for $36 ($43 off): The G602 wireless gaming mouse boasts high battery life, high accuracy, and virtually lag-free performance while gaming.

  • Razer Lancehead Ambidextrous Gaming Mouse for $53 ($27 off): The Lancehead is for all you lefties out there. Gaming mice are almost universally right-handed, but this one is designed to be used with either hand. You get a premium gaming experience, no matter which hand you prefer.

  • Corsair K68 Gaming Keyboard for $70 ($30 off): With Cherry Red switches and customizable lighting, this keyboard is sure to spruce up any gaming rig.

  • Lego Star Wars Y-Wing Starfighter Kit (1,967 pieces) for $150 ($50 off): This ship might not be as iconic as the Millennium Falcon, but it was instrumental in a number of important rebel battles. It's also a huge set that's sure to delight any kid, or kid at heart.

  • Relay Kids Phone Alternative for $25 ($25 off): It has a terrible name, but we've been testing this device for a roundup of kids' travel gear, and it really is an attractive, simple way of enabling your kid to communicate with you remotely. No phone or walkie-talkie needed.
